Launch of the EPA Leadership Academy: Empowering the Next Generation of Psychiatric Leaders

The EPA is proud to announce the launch of the first edition of the EPA Leadership Academy from 5-7 September 2025 at the Centre Culturel Saint-Thomas in Strasbourg, France.

This new initiative aims to equip early career psychiatrists with essential leadership skills for clinical, academic, organizational, and advocacy roles.

Over two in-person teaching days, participants will engage in plenary lectures, workshops, case discussions, and role-playing exercises. They will also have access to a library of online talks by leading experts in psychiatry.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:

• Have a Medical Doctor degree and at least 4 years of psychiatric training.
• Be under 40 years of age on the event dates.
• Reside in a WHO Europe region country.
• Be fluent in English and show interest in psychiatric leadership.
