EPA Forum
First introduced in 2015, the EPA Forum precedes the official opening of the annual European Congress of Psychiatry. It brings together the EPA community, EU and UN institutional representatives, civil society organisations, and diverse stakeholders in the field of mental health and care from across Europe. The most recent edition was be held under the theme “Leaving No One Behind: Personalised and Innovative Pathways towards Mental Health.”
The EPA is grateful to the event’s esteemed speakers and to more than 500 participants who joined the event before the Opening Ceremony of the 34th European Congress of Psychiatry. The 12th EPA Forum featured speakers representing the WHO, EU institutions, national ministries of health, and civil society representatives from the mental health care and patient communities. The event was moderated by Dr Julian Beezhold, EPA Secretary General.
