Membership Satisfaction Survey – Results 2024

In 2024, the EPA conducted two membership surveys to better understand and serve its community. The first invited active members to share their needs and expectations, helping us improve our offerings and enhance member support. The second reached out to individuals who did not renew their membership, aiming to understand their reasons and identify areas for improvement. With this feedback, we are working to make the EPA more aligned with the needs of its members.
