EPA 2025 Congress
The EPA 2025 Congress will take place on 5-8 April 2025 in Madrid, Spain under the motto: “Towards Real-World Solutions in Mental Health“.
Please read all instructions carefully before preparing your abstract. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission system only. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
- Abstract submission extended deadline: 1 October 2024, 23:59 CEST.
- Abstract submitters will be notified regarding acceptance/rejection by mid-December 2024.
The EPA offers Travel Grants to help abstract submitters with the cost of attending the Congress. Submit your Travel Grant application along with your abstract! Travel Grants applications for the 33rd European Congress of Psychiatry are open during the abstract submission period.

The Congress will bring together expert clinical psychiatrists, researchers and key opinion leaders who will discuss hot topics and latest advances in the field of mental health.
The EPA will also propose a dedicated programme tailored to the needs of Early Career Psychiatrists (ECP), including Symposia and Workshops centred on topics relevant to young psychiatrists.
The European Congress of Psychiatry will serve the educational mission of the EPA by providing high-quality education courses, covering all aspects of psychiatry.
