Declaration on Quality of Psychiatry and Mental Health Care in Europe (2013)
On the occasion of its 30th Anniversary, celebrated in 2013, the European Psychiatric Association adopted a Declaration on Quality of Psychiatry and Mental Health Care in Europe. The EPA believes that the level of civilization of a society can best be measured by the quality of care that it offers to its children, the elderly and all individuals vulnerable because of impairments due to illness or other reasons. The Declaration contains 10 points that the EPA sees as its mission in this domain.
