Welcome to the new EPA President, Prof. Philip Gorwood

The EPA is pleased to announce that Prof. Philip Gorwood has taken on his new role as EPA President, as of 7 April 2019, for a mandate of 2 years.

Prof. Gorwood is Professor of Psychiatry at Sainte-Anne Hospital and Head of the CMME department, teaching at the University of Paris.

He is also Head of the Team 1 at INSERM (Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médical) research unit 1266 (Institute of Psychiatry and Neuroscience of Paris) devoted to genetic vulnerability of psychiatric and addictive disorders.

His mandate as EPA President will run from 7 April 2019 to 11 April 2021.
