Early Career at the EPA
Early career psychiatric professionals have to adapt to rapid changes in modern health systems in various fields such as ethics, politics and economics. This presents additional challenges as in shaping their professional identity.
To face these aspects and to cover the growing international character of professional living, the Early Career Psychiatrists Committee (ECPC) of the European Psychiatric Association (EPA) aims to give young professionals a voice in the evolution of training, research and practice standards to enable them to take influence on their own future and career progress.
