Early Career Development Opportunities
A number of programmes and platforms can help Early Career Psychiatrists (ECPs) to enlarge their network or offer them insights into available research collaborations as well as various exchange activities. Those activities range from meetings and networking opportunities, short educational courses or internships, all the way to masters, doctoral, and postdoc programmes.
Our hope is to primarily focus on programmes and activities that are not offered as just a one-time opportunity, or solely available on a local scale, but take place on a more permanent basis (or strive to do so). In addition, the Early Career Psychiatrists Committee (ECPC) and its Task Forces can help interested ECPs to initiate contacts with research groups and institutions of their interest.
We have compiled some opportunities for ECPs which might be of interest below.
